Welcome to Transilience

Our founders are a mother and (trans) son who have a long history of supporting members of the community. We are supported by a brilliant team of young activists. 

Transilience was founded in recognition of the breadth of challenges that trans youth currently face. We aim to support trans youth, as well as the loved ones and professionals that care for them. 

Our mission is to empower trans youth in our community to have the agency and community they need to live healthy and happy lives.
